The best snacks for babies

Why I am making this post...

I have a little baby brother and one thing I learned about babies is that they are ALWAYS hungry, and people struggle with finding cheap and healthy food. So I will make you a list of clean not too expensive snacks and treats!

1. Corn puffs from Trader joes, or Aldi (Trader joes is better ;) These are not the most healthy, but it will fill their tummy up!

2. Cheese sticks, Aldi has really good gouda, or any other mozzarella stick.

3. Yogurt, Sam's club has low fat high protein for you and your baby.

4. Sweet potatoes! They will eat that up!

5. Fruit leather, it doesn't have any value to it, but your teething baby would love to chew on this!

6. Scrambled eggies

Meats your baby won't choke on:

1. Deli meat: your baby might like this along with a cheese stick, if you cut it the right size!

2. Jones sausage from Costco: my baby LOVES this.

3. Ham: if you cut it into little cubes it will make it fun to chew on!

4. Ground beef: with some sort of sauce!

Not cheap but nice snacks:

1. Pouches from Target: the ones with oats are the most filling, and one pouch is $1.75!

2. Organic freeze dried yogurt bites: my baby loves this (and I do a little too much!) they are not too expensive though!
Sorry this one is so short!

Don't go near this!

Most formulas are bad, don't use that, use this!

Make sure you don't use yucky soap on your baby, fragrance is bad for your baby, avoid baby powder, and baby lotion, I know fragrance is in diapers but there are other options here

That about wraps up this post! Comment on what heathy food you feed your baby!
