No cook easy meal day!
Food is really hard to plan, but this day of no cooking will maybe help you!
Breakfast: Cold oatmeal
1/4 cup of any oats
frozen berries
1 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 Milk!
Grab a bowl and scoop your oats into it! then grab any frozen berries of choice (I love the mixed berries from Costco) and sprinkle them just over your oats, they are cold, so you might not want a lot!
Drizzle maple syrup over your oats and berries, then dump the milk over it, and let it rest for like 3 mins so the cold berries freeze the milk for a fun texture!
Lunch: Chicken wrap
Whole wheat tortilla
4 slices of deli meat chicken or turkey
Spring mix
Any dressing (I love the avocado dressing from CFA) Or just use this recipe!
Lay our your tortilla, gently place your spring mix over your tortilla, and SMACK on your deli meat, then lightly drizzle your dressing, then wrap this bad boi up!
Dinner: Tuna salad
Tuna can
3 tsp mayo
lemon juice from one lemon
pepper
salt
Mix all this into a bowl and adjust the taste if wanted. Enjoy all of these!! You can also smear this over some bread if wanted!
